West End Remodel
After a decade in their West End home—and two kids later—a real estate VP, and an OBGYN, decided it was time to upgrade from their inherited dorm room furniture. Starting with a modest 1,800 sq ft, they doubled the home's footprint through a large extension and stripped the original structure down to the studs.
The result is a home filled with unexpected elements, including a hidden office, an eye-catching 8-foot burnt orange banquet, and a custom-fluted bookshelf. The design team successfully transformed the space, delivering the perfect dream home for these two young professionals.
Tuscan Transformation
After a year of living in their space, the homeowners decided it was time to refresh their once-dark, 2003 Tuscan-style home to better reflect their current lifestyle. Seeking a transformation, they turned to Maja Owens, senior designer at Stil James, for a complete gut renovation. Maja reimagined the property, taking it from dark and masculine to chic, cozy, and inspired, creating a space that now feels perfectly tailored to their needs.
Printed Powder Room
In this project, Stil James fully renovated a traditional home, blending the homeowners' classic taste with vibrant pops of color and modern style. The result is a harmonious mix of timeless elegance and fresh, contemporary touches, creating a space that feels both familiar and new.
