    1. Foster a Warm Environment
    Treat clients, members, staff, and partners with courtesy and professionalism. Disagreements may arise, but hostility and disparagement are not welcome.
    2. Act With Conduct Becoming of a Professional
    Act with honesty, fairness, and integrity. Represent your work, your clients, and the Club in a manner that honors our profession.
    3. Maintain Privacy and Use Discretion
    Club privileges—including pricing, sourcing, and vendor relationships—are to be kept within the Club. Trust is central to membership.
    4. Use Membership Responsibly
    Membership is a professional privilege. Avoid misuse of accounts, misrepresentation, or conduct that undermines our profession's integrity.
    5. Be Stewards of the Trade
    Contribute to a culture of collegiality and shared success. Our strength lies in developing one another and elevating design together.
