Refund policy

We know returns can be a pain, but we’re here to help you every step of the way. We’ll coordinate directly with the vendor on your behalf. Simply contact us at concierge@danielhouse.club to start your claim.

Products from certain vendors and all made-to-order products are not returnable. Please check the Return Policy section on each individual product page to verify the return policy for the product you are buying.

Remorse returns are generally accepted with prior authorization within thirty (30) days of receipt with a restocking fee of up to 30%. Remorse returns after thirty (30) days will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the final refund for remorse returns. Returns must be in original condition, uninstalled (if applicable), and in original packaging. Again, this is generally what you can expect but please check the Return Policy section on each individual product page to verify the return policy for the product you are buying.

Damage claims must be submitted within five (5) days of receipt and must include pictures of the packaging before the package was opened, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed BOL noting the damages. Note, this is a very strict requirement from vendors and carriers, and your claim may be denied without pictures of the packaging and the signed BOL noting the damages.

Warranty defect claims generally must be submitted within one (1) year of the product’s purchase, and again, please check the Return Policy section on each individual product page to verify the warranty period against manufacturing defects for the product you are buying.

Items shown as 'Delivered' by the carrier but are reported missing must be reported to Daniel House Club within 2 weeks of the delivery date as shown by the carrier.
