A Very Daniel House Club Holiday Season
What was on our Christmas list here at Daniel House Club, you ask? We like a season filled with color, good cheer, and…belated birthday wishes.
-
Heather, who heads our vendor team, wanted Two’s Company’s Good Dog so she doesn’t have to buy her kids the real thing.
-
If we had to guess, Robert, our Head Concierge, had his eye on Slim Aarons’ Monocled Miss (he’s our resident historian on glamorous Midcentury people like Renata Boeck). He might also be in for Palecek’s Riga Outdoor table; he has a newfound love for the brand’s attention to every detail.
-
Peter, our Chief Creative Officer, is more Scrooge-like and doesn’t receive gifts that well, so he already went ahead and bought Bunny Williams’ new Button-Down Low Oak Chest for himself. He also had his eye on the Yves Bordered Rug by Nate Berkus for his bedroom. Should be very comfy underfoot.
-
Our CEO Alexander has been asking for someone to buy him Audo’s Levitate Pendant since we started carrying it almost six years ago. Frankly, we’re tired of hearing about it.
Amidst the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, we all forgot Renee’s Birthday in early December. To make up for it to her, Renee, Star-Concierge that she is, is entitled to the rest – the very festive red Cambridge Chandelier, a Sunburst Mirror to brighten her day, a brightly colored candle stick for everyone in her family, some decorative ceramic trees she can fill with tea candles to glow softly on cold winter nights, and a gold tray for the champagne she totally deserves.
What was on your wishlist this holiday season?
