I present Wells! He is a vintage English desk from the late 18th century, transformed into a modern console, buffet or sideboard. There is one generous central drawer flanked by 2 cabinet sections. This piece is deep enough for wine bottle storage. The interior cabinet height is 11.25.” Stained black and topped off with a high performance matte top coat. Wells hardware is original. We gave them a good cleaning, polish and new coat of protectorate so they can retain their beautiful brass shine. This piece has been previously loved by prior generations so minor imperfections should be expected.

Care Instructions

This has been finished in Curator, an Irish import not easy to come by in the United States. We prefer Curator for its amazing color palette and the glorious hard finish and shine that nearly matches that of lacquer. We recommend dusting often and using a very mild soap and soft sponge or microfiber cloth if necessary for spills. Do not use any cleansers with ammonia or other harsh chemicals, it will destroy the gloss finish.
Return policy

Remorse returns are NOT accepted by this vendor. All sales are final.
In the case of damage, claims must be submitted within 5 days of receipt and must include pictures of the packaging before the package was opened, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed BOL noting the damages.

Shipping policy

The estimated lead time we share includes the time for this product to be restocked or made to order, prepared for shipment, and delivered with standard shipping options. If you need it sooner, an expedited shipping option is available at checkout, but it only reduces transit time. A concierge will provide a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
We do our best to keep the lead time up to date, but we cannot guarantee these estimates. A concierge will confirm the estimated ship date with the vendor and send this to you after you place your order. Standard shipping options include transit for 2-4 weeks after it leaves the manufacturer's warehouse. At checkout, you can select to have your items left on the curbside, brought into a room-of-choice and the packaging hauled away, or to have your items fully assembled (but not installed). You can also select an expedited curbside option which will reduce transit time by up to two weeks. Additional expedited room-of-choice and white glove options can be quoted by a concierge on request.
