The Ume 10-Light linear fixture offers the option of a unique glass shade that is glossy on the outside, yet frosted on the inside, in a shape reminiscent of the Japanese blossoming plum for which it is named; or with clear or grey thumbprint glass shades. Customizability is available, not just in the glass choice, but also for the pendant heights that can be aligned or staggered at the desired length from the rectangular canopy above. Multi-port suspension cluster pendant with ten low voltage pendants suspended from a single canopy. Choose a finish for the fixture and the canopy faceplate. The upper canopy can will always be black. Clear and Cool Grey glass feature the thumbprint glass while the Frosted glass option will have an organic dome shape. Handmade to order in Vermont.

Any custom color can be specified on all Hubbardton Forge fixtures for an additional fee. If you are customizing height on a product that includes a downrod, please be sure to specify the overall height needed, as well as the downrod height. Return policy

Remorse returns are NOT accepted by this vendor. All sales are final.

In the case of damage, claims must be submitted within 5 days of receipt and must include pictures of the packaging before the package was opened, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed BOL noting the damages.

Shipping policy

The estimated lead time we share includes the time for this product to be restocked or made to order, prepared for shipment, and delivered with standard shipping options. If you need it sooner, an expedited shipping option is available at checkout, but it only reduces transit time. A concierge will provide a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
We do our best to keep the lead time up to date, but we cannot guarantee these estimates. A concierge will confirm the estimated ship date with the vendor and send this to you after you place your order. You can also reach out to us at concierge@danielhouse.club to confirm lead times before placing your order.
Standard shipping options include transit for 2-4 weeks after it leaves the manufacturer's warehouse. At checkout, you can select to have your items left on the curbside, brought into a room-of-choice and the packaging hauled away, or to have your items fully assembled (but not installed). You can also select an expedited curbside option which will reduce transit time by up to two weeks. Additional expedited room-of-choice and white glove options can be quoted by a concierge on request.
