Did you know that Madcap Cottage designer John Loecke hand paints all of the original patterns at his firm? Inspired by travel and history, Temple garden is one of our new favorites. The bold blue pattern makes you dream of far-off gardens in exotic lands where peonies reach skywards and floral vines ramble over the countryside. Exceptionally rich, the blues are the complement to any design scheme. The ice bucket is perfect for chilling your wine. Add a layer of bubble wrap to the bottom for protection and chunks of ice--and your ready for the next party. We also like to use the jar as a round planter. Simply lift off the lid and add a colorful house plant. it's a great splash of color on the sideboard. The jar is accented with a solid brass finial. Materials: porcelain, brass Note: the Temple Garden lamp and stool are made with a darker blue glaze. The color of the ice bucket will be made with a more vivid blue color glaze.
