Yarn samples can be made available during the process on the loom as well, subject to the 3-day window without prior approval of the extension. All custom sales following the approved CAD are final without these exceptions. Rug and Kilim allows for a 3-day in-home rug trial for you to test the rug in your space before making a final decision. Return shipping is not included.
