Dust wood regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth. Use a slightly damp soft cloth to clean surface, follow with a dry, soft, lint-free cloth. Do not saturate wood. Do not use commercial, heavy-duty polishes or waxes, as they can alter finishes. See FAQ for wood for additional care instruction. Wipe metal occasionally with a soft, damp, lint-free cloth. Finish with a dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive fabrics. Wipe glass surfaces with damp cloth to clean. Apply a simple glass cleaner directly to a soft, lint-free cloth as needed. Do not spray cleaner directly on the glass. Avoid getting chemicals on surrounding materials.

Shipping Policy

The estimated lead time we share includes the time for this product to be restocked or made to order, prepared for shipment, and delivered with standard shipping options. If you need it sooner, an expedited shipping option is available at checkout, but it only reduces transit time. A concierge will provide a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
We do our best to keep the lead time up to date, but we cannot guarantee these estimates. Standard shipping options include transit for 2-4 weeks after it leaves the manufacturer's warehouse. At checkout, you can select to have your items left on the curbside, brought into a room-of-choice and the packaging hauled away, or to have your items fully assembled (but not installed). You can also select an expedited curbside option which will reduce transit time by up to two weeks. Additional expedited room-of-choice and white glove options can be quoted by a concierge on request.
Return Policy

Remorse returns are NOT accepted by this vendor. All sales are final.
In the case of damage, claims must be submitted within 5 days of receipt and must include pictures of the packaging before the package was opened, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed BOL noting the damages.
