Care Instructions

To clean, wash the metal frames with a mild soap and warm water solution using a soft cloth. Do not use a coarse brush or harsh cleansers as they may damage the finish. Always rinse and dry thoroughly after cleaning. Cover outdoor furniture with outdoor covers when left outside during inclement weather and when not in use. Ensure frames and cushions are dry when covered and store cushions separately. In freezing environments, ensure outdoor furniture is free from water and covered or stored indoors. Clean salt from frames regularly in coastal areas to prevent oxidation, discoloration, and blistering. Use after-market products to maintain or restore powder-coated finish luster as needed. Clean Sunbrella fabric regularly to prevent dirt buildup and mildew. Wipe light spills with a clean, dry cloth. For stubborn stains, refer to specific care details at www.sunbrella.com. Allow cushions to drain if wet and stand cushions on their side for faster drying.
Return policy

Remorse returns are NOT accepted by this vendor. All sales are final.
In the case of damage, claims must be submitted within 5 days of receipt and must include pictures of the packaging before the package was opened, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed BOL noting the damages.

Items shown as 'Delivered' by the carrier but are reported missing must be reported to Daniel House Club within 2 weeks of the delivery date as shown by the carrier.
Shipping policy

The estimated lead time we share includes the time for this product to be restocked or made to order, prepared for shipment, and delivered with standard shipping options. If you need it sooner, an expedited shipping option is available at checkout, but it only reduces transit time. A concierge will provide a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
We do our best to keep the lead time up to date, but we cannot guarantee these estimates. Standard shipping options include transit for 2-4 weeks after it leaves the manufacturer's warehouse. At checkout, you can select to have your items left on the curbside, brought into a room-of-choice and the packaging hauled away, or to have your items fully assembled (but not installed). You can also select an expedited curbside option which will reduce transit time by up to two weeks. Additional expedited room-of-choice and white glove options can be quoted by a concierge on request.
