The estimated lead time we share includes the time for this product to be restocked or made to order, prepared for shipment, and delivered with standard shipping options. If you need it sooner, an expedited shipping option is available at checkout, but it only reduces transit time. A concierge will provide a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

We do our best to keep the lead time up to date, but we cannot guarantee these estimates. Standard shipping options include transit for 2-4 weeks after it leaves the manufacturer's warehouse. At checkout, you can select to have your items left on the curbside, brought into a room-of-choice and the packaging hauled away, or to have your items fully assembled (but not installed). You can also select an expedited curbside option which will reduce transit time by up to two weeks. Additional expedited room-of-choice and white glove options can be quoted by a concierge on request.

Returns for this item are only accepted if it is in new condition (not installed, altered, or used). Returns must be requested within 30 days of your order's shipping date, are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item arrives damaged, you must report it within 5 days of receipt and send pictures to us at concierge@danielhouse.club. We will process the claim with the vendor and keep you informed every step of the way until your replacement item arrives. Returns are always painful, but we're here to help you every step of the way and ensure you're well taken care of.
