The concrete is finished with a light gray speckled design, resembling a Terrazzo pattern. District Collection's Concrete is a fiber-reinforced material comprised of granite stone powder, cement, natural jute fibers and water. Although not considered a defect, non-structural hairline cracks are possible as a result of shrinkage and the natural curing process. By ordering products from this collection, you accept the natural characteristics unique to each item and agree that no claims will be approved regarding these natural variations. Concrete should be coated with Paraffin wax on a regular basis to ensure finish is protected over time. Although suitable for outdoor use this item should not be left outside in extreme weather such as freezing temperatures, snow and ice.
Return policy

Remorse returns are NOT accepted by this vendor. All sales are final.
In the case of damage, claims must be submitted within 5 days of receipt and must include pictures of the packaging before the package was opened, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed BOL noting the damages.

Shipping policy

The estimated lead time we share includes the time for this product to be restocked or made to order, prepared for shipment, and delivered with standard shipping options. If you need it sooner, an expedited shipping option is available at checkout, but it only reduces transit time. A concierge will provide a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
We do our best to keep the lead time up to date, but we cannot guarantee these estimates. A concierge will confirm the estimated ship date with the vendor and send this to you after you place your order. You can also reach out to us at concierge@danielhouse.club to confirm lead times before placing your order.
Standard shipping options include transit for 2-4 weeks after it leaves the manufacturer's warehouse. At checkout, you can select to have your items left on the curbside, brought into a room-of-choice and the packaging hauled away, or to have your items fully assembled (but not installed). You can also select an expedited curbside option which will reduce transit time by up to two weeks. Additional expedited room-of-choice and white glove options can be quoted by a concierge on request.
