The beauty and variety of the wood is the main feature of the Reworked Monkey mini. It is composed of a lovely mix of different types of wood, including teak, walnut, oak, ash and maple, all of which are surplus and residual wood that otherwise would have gone to waste. This lends the Reworked Monkey a particularly responsible dimension, so that it not only looks back in time, it also looks forward. Its responsible roots means the Reworked Monkey is both a celebration and a standpoint, reflecting a principle of responsibility in craftsmanship and design. The manufacturing process quite simply uses available residual wood. That means that every single Reworked Monkey looks different, depending on which woods are left over on the day they are made.

Remorse returns are NOT accepted by this vendor. All sales are final.

In the case of damage, claims must be submitted within 5 days of receipt and must include pictures of the packaging before the package was opened, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed BOL noting the damages.

Items shown as 'Delivered' by the carrier but are reported missing must be reported to Daniel House Club within 2 weeks of the delivery date as shown by the carrier.
Shipping policy

The estimated lead time we share includes the time for this product to be restocked or made to order, prepared for shipment, and delivered with standard shipping options. If you need it sooner, an expedited shipping option is available at checkout, but it only reduces transit time. A concierge will provide a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
We do our best to keep the lead time up to date, but we cannot guarantee these estimates. A concierge will confirm the estimated ship date with the vendor and send this to you after you place your order. You can also reach out to us at concierge@danielhouse.club to confirm lead times before placing your order.
Standard shipping options include transit for 2-4 weeks after it leaves the manufacturer's warehouse. At checkout, you can select to have your items left on the curbside, brought into a room-of-choice and the packaging hauled away, or to have your items fully assembled (but not installed). You can also select an expedited curbside option which will reduce transit time by up to two weeks. Additional expedited room-of-choice and white glove options can be quoted by a concierge on request.
