The estimated lead time we share includes the time for this product to be restocked or made to order, prepared for shipment, and delivered with standard shipping options. If you need it sooner, an expedited shipping option is available at checkout, but it only reduces transit time. A concierge will provide a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Standard shipping options include transit for 2-4 weeks after it leaves the manufacturer's warehouse. At checkout, you can select to have your items left on the curbside, brought into a room-of-choice and the packaging hauled away, or to have your items fully assembled (but not installed). You can also select an expedited curbside option which will reduce transit time by up to two weeks. Additional expedited room-of-choice and white glove options can be quoted by a concierge on request.

Modern Comfort does not accept returns for customer remorse. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at concierge@danielhouse.club and send pictures of the damage within 5 days of receipt. We will process the return for you and work with the vendor to get a replacement shipped ASAP. Returns are always a pain, but we're here to help handle the details for you.
