In 2023, Kay Bojesen's iconic and beloved Elephant celebrates its 70th anniversary. We are celebrating the occasion with a Reworked Elephant, a special edition created from a wonderful mix of different wood types, such as teak, walnut, oak, ash and maple; all from surplus and residual wood. With a focus on upcycling and minimising resource waste, the Reworked Elephant has a new, modern and sustainable dimension, so that it not only acknowledges the past but also the future. With respect for the environment, the Reworked Elephant is made from residual wood, which means each Elephant will therefore look different depending on which types of wood are left over on the day they are produced. In other words, we cannot guarantee which types of wood each of the Reworked Elephants are made of. But we can guarantee that every single Elephant is even more unique than the original classic, if that's possible. The large Reworked Elephant measures 8.3" in height, has a 70th anniversary stamp under one foot and comes in a special, limited edition wooden anniversary box.

Remorse returns are NOT accepted by this vendor. All sales are final.

In the case of damage, claims must be submitted within 5 days of receipt and must include pictures of the packaging before the package was opened, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed BOL noting the damages.

Items shown as 'Delivered' by the carrier but are reported missing must be reported to Daniel House Club within 2 weeks of the delivery date as shown by the carrier.
Shipping policy

The estimated lead time we share includes the time for this product to be restocked or made to order, prepared for shipment, and delivered with standard shipping options. If you need it sooner, an expedited shipping option is available at checkout, but it only reduces transit time. A concierge will provide a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
We do our best to keep the lead time up to date, but we cannot guarantee these estimates. A concierge will confirm the estimated ship date with the vendor and send this to you after you place your order. You can also reach out to us at concierge@danielhouse.club to confirm lead times before placing your order.
Standard shipping options include transit for 2-4 weeks after it leaves the manufacturer's warehouse. At checkout, you can select to have your items left on the curbside, brought into a room-of-choice and the packaging hauled away, or to have your items fully assembled (but not installed). You can also select an expedited curbside option which will reduce transit time by up to two weeks. Additional expedited room-of-choice and white glove options can be quoted by a concierge on request.
