Returns are accepted with prior authorization within 30 days. A 50% restocking fee and return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Returns must be in original condition, uninstalled (if applicable), and in original packaging.

Damage claims must be submitted within 5 days of receipt and must include pictures of the packaging before the package was opened, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed BOL noting the damages.

We know returns are a pain, but we're here to help you every step of the way. We'll coordinate directly with the vendor on your behalf. Contact us at concierge@danielhouse.club to start a claim.

Items shown as 'Delivered' by the carrier but are reported missing must be reported to Daniel House Club within 2 weeks of the delivery date as shown by the carrier.

The estimated lead time we share includes the time for this product to be restocked or made to order, prepared for shipment, and delivered with standard shipping options. If you need it sooner, an expedited shipping option is available at checkout, but it only reduces transit time. A concierge will provide a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

We do our best to keep the lead time up to date, but we cannot guarantee these estimates. A concierge will confirm the estimated ship date with the vendor and send this to you after you place your order. Standard shipping options include transit for 2-4 weeks after it leaves the manufacturer's warehouse. At checkout, you can select to have your items left on the curbside, brought into a room-of-choice and the packaging hauled away, or to have your items fully assembled (but not installed). You can also select an expedited curbside option which will reduce transit time by up to two weeks. Additional expedited room-of-choice and white glove options can be quoted by a concierge on request.

It takes time to turn a house into a home. We've selected products that come from around the world, many of which are made just for you. Lead times vary from just a few days to a couple of months. We'll send you an email with your expected timeline when your order is received, and keep you posted with regular updates.
