Always use felt pads under all articles to prevent discoloration or softening of the lacquer. Plastic and rubber bases on items can discolor wood. Wipe up spills immediately and avoid common hazards such as hot dishes, harsh solvants, and abrasives. Cleaning should be done with a soft lint free cotton cloth dampened with water. Wipe spills immediately. Maintain with regular dusting. Clean with mild soap and water. Dry thoroughly and do not use a brass cleaner.
Return policy

Remorse returns are NOT accepted by this vendor. All sales are final.
In the case of damage, claims must be submitted within 5 days of receipt and must include pictures of the packaging before the package was opened, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed BOL noting the damages.

Items shown as Delivered by the carrier but are reported missing must be reported to Daniel House Club within 2 weeks of the delivery date as shown by the carrier.
Shipping policy

The estimated lead time we share includes the time for this product to be restocked or made to order, prepared for shipment, and delivered with standard shipping options. If you need it sooner, an expedited shipping option is available at checkout, but it only reduces transit time. A concierge will provide a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
We do our best to keep the lead time up to date, but we cannot guarantee these estimates. Standard shipping options include transit for 2-4 weeks after it leaves the manufacturer's warehouse. At checkout, you can select to have your items left on the curbside, brought into a room-of-choice and the packaging hauled away, or to have your items fully assembled (but not installed). You can also select an expedited curbside option which will reduce transit time by up to two weeks. Additional expedited room-of-choice and white glove options can be quoted by a concierge on request.
