This vintage 3×8 runner is a new addition to Rug & Kilim’s commemorative Mid-Century Pasha Collection. This line is a commemoration of rare curations we believe to hail from mid-century Turkish designer Zeki Muren. Further on the Design: This industrial art Deco piece enjoys a dexterous geometric pattern alternating in polychromatic tones playing naturally with the distressed low pile. Connoisseurs may further note an unusual, yet joyful presence, connoting the most collectible looks in this artist’s sought-after works. The sheer attention to detail and movement through color exemplifies Muren’s attitude and deft hand we love to curate. This rug is further collectible as one of the few long runners in Muren’s works found today. A lively mid-century design in otherwise good condition for this shabby-chic lineage.
