This vintage 4×9 rug is a new addition to Rug & Kilim’s commemorative Mid-Century Pasha Collection. This line is a commemoration of rare curations we believe to hail from mid-century Turkish designer Zeki Muren. Further on the Design: The design embodies Muren’s inspired take on cubism sensibilities, and his unique use of color to create depth therein. This “industrial” art Deco look enjoys a beige background with polychromatic geometric patterns that achieve this 3D effect. Connoisseurs will admire how rare it is to see this artisan look in a shabby-chic distressed style—an exemplar of Muren’s collectible works, so ahead of his time.
