Solid magnesium oxide molding coated furniture with a simulated driftwood finish create a stylish and sturdy patio set. This set includes a sofa, two armchairs, a side table, and 70" Rectangular Fire Pit Table. Seating complete with generously padded all-weather cushions, enjoy your outdoor leisure time with this versatile set for your backyard, deck, lake house, patio, poolside, or porch. Tempered glass beads fill the center of the rectangular fire pit, lighting up surrounding silhouettes with a cozy golden glow. The propane gas fire table has a 50,000 BTU burner which creates a smoke-free flame, is CSA certified, and burns up to 8 hours on high or up to 16 hours on low. Manteo comes with a protective PVC cover when not in use, and is easy to control for consistent heat with a simple turn of a knob and touch of an ignition button. Shipping Policy

The estimated lead time we share includes the time for this product to be restocked or made to order, prepared for shipment, and delivered with standard shipping options. If you need it sooner, an expedited shipping option is available at checkout, but it only reduces transit time. A concierge will provide a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Standard shipping options include transit for 2-4 weeks after it leaves the manufacturer's warehouse. At checkout, you can select to have your items left on the curbside, brought into a room-of-choice and the packaging hauled away, or to have your items fully assembled (but not installed). You can also select an expedited curbside option which will reduce transit time by up to two weeks. Additional expedited room-of-choice and white glove options can be quoted by a concierge on request.
Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days. You are responsible for return shipping costs and any restocking fees from this vendor. If the item arrives damaged, you must report it within 7 days of receipt and send pictures to us at concierge@danielhouse.club. We will process the claim with the vendor and keep you informed every step of the way until your replacement item arrives. Returns are always painful, but we're here to help you every step of the way and ensure you're well taken care of.
