The estimated lead time we share includes the time for this product to be restocked or made to order, prepared for shipment, and delivered with standard shipping options. If you need it sooner, an expedited shipping option is available at checkout, but it only reduces transit time. A concierge will provide a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

We do our best to keep the lead time up to date, but we cannot guarantee these estimates. A concierge will confirm the estimated ship date with the vendor and send this to you after you place your order. Standard shipping options include transit for 2-4 weeks after it leaves the manufacturer's warehouse. At checkout, you can select to have your items left on the curbside, brought into a room-of-choice and the packaging hauled away, or to have your items fully assembled (but not installed). You can also select an expedited curbside option which will reduce transit time by up to two weeks. Additional expedited room-of-choice and white glove options can be quoted by a concierge on request.

Returns are only accepted on this item if it arrives damaged. You must report a damaged item within 5 days of receipt and send pictures to us at concierge@danielhouse.club. We will process the claim with the vendor and keep you informed every step of the way until your replacement item arrives.

Please note that the tones and textures portrayed in the photo may differ from the actual item. Metal items that are intended to have a rustic appearance may include spotting and variances in tone and luster.
