Marble is a very porous material, which means it can stain very quickly. Avoid spills at all costs, but if they do occur, wipe them up immediately with a soft cloth and a little bit of water. Afterwards, wipe down the marble again with a dry cloth. Don’t leave pools of water to dry on marble, as this can cause discoloration. Avoid cleaning products around marble, especially all-natural ones made with lemon or vinegar, as marble is particularly sensitive to acid. Always use coasters and mats on marble to protect it from scratches and spills.

The estimated lead time we share includes the time for this product to be restocked or made to order, prepared for shipment, and delivered with standard shipping options. If you need it sooner, an expedited shipping option is available at checkout, but it only reduces transit time. A concierge will provide a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Standard shipping options include transit for 2-4 weeks after it leaves the manufacturer's warehouse. At checkout, you can select to have your items left on the curbside, brought into a room-of-choice and the packaging hauled away, or to have your items fully assembled (but not installed). You can also select an expedited curbside option which will reduce transit time by up to two weeks. Additional expedited room-of-choice and white glove options can be quoted by a concierge on request.
Return Policy

Customer remorse returns are not accepted by this vendor. Damage or defective claims must be received within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us right away at concierge@danielhouse.club to submit your claim. We will process the claim with the vendor and keep you informed every step of the way until your replacement item arrives. Returns are always painful, but we're here to help you every step of the way and ensure you're well taken care of.
