This love seat is a smaller version of the Dorotheum Sofa designed in 1954 by Dorothy Draper for the Roman Court Restaurant at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The love seat version features the same intricate tailoring: graceful curves with a matching bench-seat cushion, Lawson arms and a complex, pleated flounce, all handcrafted by artisans Kindel Grand Rapids.
