The Hydra Collection is uniquely crafted using a ChromoJet printer that "paints" the vibrant colors of the design onto each rug. The way the ink flows through the fibers creates uniquely layered pieces with great dimension. Blues and aquas stand out against neutral backgrounds and each piece features elegant designs, which include block print and trompe-l'oeil inspired looks. Vacuum on high setting without beater bar. For cleaning, use water and mild detergent as needed. Blot spills immediately with a cloth. Protect from direct sunlight, rotate frequently, and place on a rug pad. Professional cleaning advised for longevity.

The estimated lead time we share includes the time for this product to be restocked or made to order, prepared for shipment, and delivered with standard shipping options. If you need it sooner, an expedited shipping option is available at checkout, but it only reduces transit time. A concierge will provide a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
We do our best to keep the lead time up to date, but we cannot guarantee these estimates. Standard shipping options include transit for 2-4 weeks after it leaves the manufacturer's warehouse. At checkout, you can select to have your items left on the curbside, brought into a room-of-choice and the packaging hauled away, or to have your items fully assembled (but not installed). You can also select an expedited curbside option which will reduce transit time by up to two weeks. Additional expedited room-of-choice and white glove options can be quoted by a concierge on request.
Return Policy

Returns are accepted with prior authorization within 30 days. Return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Returns must be in original condition, uninstalled (if applicable), and in original packaging

Damage claims must be submitted within 5 days of receipt and must include pictures of the packaging before the package was opened, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed BOL noting the damages.
