Handcrafted from white European clay, the Handthrown Pottery Collection is created by European artisans on an original potter's wheel. The pieces are inspired from classic European kitchens, mixing traditional designs with contemporary style. While each item is different and will vary due to the handcrafted technique used to create them, each piece boasts a unique lush glaze to enhance authenticity. The raw clay is left untouched on the bottom, while the top portion is dipped in a warm, white lead-free, non-toxic glaze for the perfect mix of traditional design and contemporary style. Each piece may vary from images shown in coloring, size and glaze drips. Created one-by-one on the potter's wheel from white European Clay. From beginning to end, each piece requires approximately 35 hours of work. The pottery is fired twice in a precision-controlled electric oven. Crazing will typically occur during the first fire and does not affect the quality or durability of the item. Glaze drips are a desired effect to enhance the individuality of each piece. Shipping Policy

The estimated lead time we share includes the time for this product to be restocked or made to order, prepared for shipment, and delivered with standard shipping options. If you need it sooner, an expedited shipping option is available at checkout, but it only reduces transit time. A concierge will provide a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
We do our best to keep the lead time up to date, but we cannot guarantee these estimates. A concierge will confirm the estimated ship date with the vendor and send this to you after you place your order. Standard shipping options include transit for 2-4 weeks after it leaves the manufacturer's warehouse. At checkout, you can select to have your items left on the curbside, brought into a room-of-choice and the packaging hauled away, or to have your items fully assembled (but not installed). You can also select an expedited curbside option which will reduce transit time by up to two weeks. Additional expedited room-of-choice and white glove options can be quoted by a concierge on request.
Return Policy

Returns are accepted with prior authorization within 30 days on all products that are not found objects. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Returns must be in original condition, uninstalled (if applicable), and in original packaging. Found objects may not be returned.

Damage claims must be submitted within 5 days of receipt and must include pictures of the packaging before the package was opened, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed BOL noting the damages.

Items shown as 'Delivered' by the carrier but are reported missing must be reported to Daniel House Club within 2 weeks of the delivery date as shown by the carrier.
