Made of chamcha wood, the Ophelia Natural Counter Stool has a tremendous amount of personality due to the richness of its woodgrain. With exquisite craftsmanship, we have rescued the reclaimed chamcha wood from being one of nature's finest castaways by making it into this elemental design statement. Because the wood for its back is reclaimed, there will be variations from piece to piece, including some with beautiful butterfly joints. We also offer this counter stool in a gray stone finish, and we have several bar stools in this collection. Each of these reflect the ethos that Phillips Collection personifies: modern organic.

Return policy

Remorse returns are NOT accepted by this vendor. All sales are final.
In the case of damage, claims must be submitted within 5 days of receipt and must include pictures of the packaging before the package was opened, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed BOL noting the damages.

Shipping policy

The estimated lead time we share includes the time for this product to be restocked or made to order, prepared for shipment, and delivered with standard shipping options. If you need it sooner, an expedited shipping option is available at checkout, but it only reduces transit time. A concierge will provide a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
We do our best to keep the lead time up to date, but we cannot guarantee these estimates. A concierge will confirm the estimated ship date with the vendor and send this to you after you place your order. Standard shipping options include transit for 2-4 weeks after it leaves the manufacturer's warehouse. At checkout, you can select to have your items left on the curbside, brought into a room-of-choice and the packaging hauled away, or to have your items fully assembled (but not installed). You can also select an expedited curbside option which will reduce transit time by up to two weeks. Additional expedited room-of-choice and white glove options can be quoted by a concierge on request.
