Handwoven in Wool, a custom Kilim design from an innovative, artisan Contemporary flat weave collection by Rug and Kilim. On the Design: Fondly called the “Rez Kilim” line, the piece s a more durable take on classic panel-woven style in forgiving Beige-Brown with cool Blue undertones. Subtle technique and a more durable body than Kilims typically all connote a more comfortable, livable construction. A smart solid option for areas expecting high foot traffic welcoming a quiet choice evoking comfy coastal vibes. Exemplified in this gracious edition, available in all sizes and colours with easy sizing options. Custom Capable: Please note all custom orders are subject to a 3-day return policy upon receipt of the CAD, at which point a full refund may be honoured. Yarn samples can be made available during the process on the loom as well, subject to the 3-day window without prior approval of the extension. All custom sales following the approved CAD are final without these exceptions. Rug and Kilim allows for a 3-day in-home rug trial for you to test the rug in your space before making a final decision. Return shipping is not included.

Shipping Policy

The estimated lead time we share includes the time for this product to be restocked or made to order, prepared for shipment, and delivered with standard shipping options. If you need it sooner, an expedited shipping option is available at checkout, but it only reduces transit time. A concierge will provide a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
We do our best to keep the lead time up to date, but we cannot guarantee these estimates. A concierge will confirm the estimated ship date with the vendor and send this to you after you place your order. Standard shipping options include transit for 2-4 weeks after it leaves the manufacturer's warehouse. At checkout, you can select to have your items left on the curbside, brought into a room-of-choice and the packaging hauled away, or to have your items fully assembled (but not installed). You can also select an expedited curbside option which will reduce transit time by up to two weeks. Additional expedited room-of-choice and white glove options can be quoted by a concierge on request.
Return Policy

Returns are accepted with prior authorization within 3 days of receipt. Return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Returns must be in original condition, uninstalled (if applicable), and in original packaging

Damage claims must be submitted within 5 days of receipt and must include pictures of the packaging before the package was opened, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed BOL noting the damages.
