The estimated lead time we share includes the time for this product to be restocked or made to order, prepared for shipment, and delivered with standard shipping options. If you need it sooner, an expedited shipping option is available at checkout, but it only reduces transit time. A concierge will provide a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Standard shipping options include transit for 2-4 weeks after it leaves the manufacturer's warehouse. At checkout, you can select to have your items left on the curbside, brought into a room-of-choice and the packaging hauled away, or to have your items fully assembled (but not installed). You can also select an expedited curbside option which will reduce transit time by up to two weeks. Additional expedited room-of-choice and white glove options can be quoted by a concierge on request.
Return Policy

Returns are accepted for damaged items only. All discrepancies and claims must be reported to us at concierge@danielhouse.club within 2 days of receipt of goods. Freight damages should be filed with the carrier. Claims on single items may require photos supporting the claim to receive full credit. There is a 25% restocking fee and a 3% refund processing fee from this vendor as well. We know returns are a hassle, but we're here to help you every step of the way!
